DIY: Handmade Gifts – Part 8

We made these ornaments for Christmas last year.  They were so fun and easy to do, that I'd love to do it again with the kids.  We used air dry clay (Michaels), rubber stamps, and ink.  We used pop bottle lids to make the round shapes and the holes at the top were made using a straw.  The bird was moulded by hand.  Before the clay dried, we stamped images and text right into the clay (with ink on the stamp).  Lots of fun to do and they would make great ornaments or gift tags.
