DIY: Handmade Gifts – part 9

I’ve seen decorated clothespins around for several years and have always wanted to give it a go. They would be fun to give out along with another gift or as a stocking stuffer. Something to make laundry work just a little bit prettier.

To make these clothespins, I purchased plain wooden ones from the dollar store. They are covered with pretty fabric tape. I didn’t try washi tape as it is less tacky, but it would probably work with some extra adhesive added.

Alternatively, you could also add magnets to the back for fridge artwork display. The magnets were purchased in photo size sheets from the dollar store.
