Book Review: “Beading Basics”

Beading Basics, by Georgene Lockwood is a new book in the series by The Complete Idiot's Guide ®.  This book contains "easy-to-follow photos and illustrations" which will "guide you through wirework, embellishing, and more."

If you are a scrapbooker or paper crafter, chances are you have an interest in a variety of crafting mediums including beading and making jewelry.  Many layouts often contain wire, beads and other materials that are traditionally used in jewelry making.  (Have you seen the line of jewelry making products by Making Memories?)

Getting started with beading is easy with this book.  It contains lots of information and instructions which will enable you to plan and design your jewelry, as well as work with both wire and beads.
