Make Your Own Christmas Ornaments

Red Lead PaperWorks sells these mini kits for making "Sentiment Beaded Snowflake" ornaments.  This is a great little project even for children to make.  Not too young though, as the beads are small.  My 5 year old son sat down at the table and made these along with me.

Lochlan loved that his name was on one of them!  We used the letter beads to make a star with each member of our family on them.

You could also make them up with any holiday-themed sentiments like, "Joy," "Giving," "Merry," "Cheer," etc.  There are lots of letter beads included in the kit and we had many left over too.
