Halloween Scrapbooking & Paper Crafting Projects

Here is a fun idea by Jennifer Johner, as shown on the KI Memories blog.  (There are lots of great ideas in the link.) Love these masks!  I think I’ll make these with my kids today!  There are instructions available here.
