Scrapbooking Class Peeks

On the Cosmo Cricket blog, you can see some free online classes.  This first one is by Natasja Verbeek  to make a spinner card hanger.  Part 2 can be seen here and Part 3 here. One photo is shown at right.  

Next Saturday, Mar 21st, Donna Downey will be teaching a couple of classes at Random Arts in Saluda, North Carolina.  One of the classes will be "Swatches," which you can see a peek of at left.

Karen Grunberg has a new online class at Big Picture Scrapbooking beginning Thursday, March 19th.  "Telling Stories Deeply" is about authentic journaling.  You can find more information on Karen’s blog.

There are a couple of new online classes up at A Million Memories.  Jennifer Findlay will show you how to make a fabric scrapbook album in "Just Us."  See photo at left.  You will use your own fabrics to make the album and no sewing is required.  There is also a bonus denim mini album class. Heidi Swapp shows a peek into her new class, "Energy Journal," to be taught at By Design Scrapbooks in Houston, Texas and Scrapbooks Etc. in Mesa, Arizona.

Maggie Holmes‘ 6 week online photography class begins May 23rd and runs until May 2nd.  More information can be found here.

Dale Ann Potter has her first online class posted.  This class begins April 7th and will take 6 hours. More information on "Fabric Mini Album in a Tin" can be found here.

Cathy Zielske will be teaching a new online class at Big Picture Scrapbooking. "Everyone Can Write a Little: The 2009 MicroBlog Album Workshop" is coming soon and not yet open for registration.  It will be showing you how Twitter and Facebook can help with your journaling of the everyday.  Cathy has more info on her blog here.
