Handmade Christmas Card a Day – Day 50

This is the last card, day 50!  We are now finished our Handmade Christmas Card a Day series.  Thank you for joining us!  I hope you’ve received some inspiration.  Thank you also to all the card designers who submitted cards for this series!  To view all 50 cards with tutorials, please click here.


Patterned paper

Bone folder

Paper trimmer

Chipboard photo corners (Scenic Route)

"Merry Christmas" (download from internet, printed on vellum)


Sewing machine


1. Cut card to size from patterned paper.  Fold in half using bone folder

2. Cut out smaller square piece of a coordinating patterned paper.  Tack down to front of card.

3. Sew around edges of square using sewing machine.

4. Glue on sentiment.

5. Attach chipboad photo corners to outer corners of card.
