Handmade Christmas Card a Day – Day 39

1) Cut cardstock base to 7" wide x 4 1/2" high, then score at 3 1/2" & fold in half
2) Cut patterned paper to approximately 4" wide x 4 1/2" high
3)  Using border punch of choice, punch border
4)  Cut approximately 1" off patterned paper & set aside
5)  Cut a solid color of cardstock to 3" x 3 1/2" & dry emboss using a template or embossing folder
6)  Adhere the embossed cardstock over the patterned paper
7)  Adhere the 1" stripe over embossed cardstock
8)  Adhere rhinestone star to top of tree & glue a piece of twine to top of tree
9)  Adhere to top of card
10)  Cut a small piece of colored paper & use rub-on or stamp for sentiment & adhere
11)  Heidi Van Laar for 2Sketches 4 U
