Deanne Burton, from Newfoundland Canada, brings us a few designs for day 10 of our Handmade Christmas Card a Day feature.  For past cards, please click here.  Be sure and check out Deanne’s personal blog here and also her crafty one, here.

white cardstock
patterned paper
border punch, corner punch (optional)
Christmas stamps
ink, chalk, markers to color stamped images
ribbon or fibre
Supplies on my cards:
Stampin’ Up cardstock
Patterned paper
Martha Stewart border punch
Stampin’ up stamps and inks
fibre from my collection
1.Cut cardstock. Fold. Use a border punch to create a border on your card if you like.
2.Cut patterned paper a little smaller than cardstock front.
3. Cut a piece of cardstock a little smaller than the patterned paper to stamp your image on.
4. "Color" in your image any way you wish.
5. You can round the edges of your papers if you like.
6. Adhere the patterned paper to the cardstock and then the stamped image to the patterned paper.
7. Add a piece of ribbon or fibre to the card. I use fibres as I was trying to use up some of the HUGE collection I have in my scraproom.
