Color Me Daisy – October Contest

Color Me Daisy’s October contest is  a Manufacturers Showcase contest. What paper line do you just love? Is there a company that you adore their products? A company you wish you could design for? Well, this contest is for you!!!

Your challenge is to create 1 layout and 1 card showcasing a manufacturer and one of their paper lines. Your layout and card must be at least 75% one manufacturer. You can use any kind of cardstock and miscellaneous embellishments (buttons, brads, etc.) But your entry must really sell that manufacturers product. Pretend you are designing for them and really want to display their product.

For full contest details please visit our Message Board.  Contest winner will receive a Color Me Daisy kit.

There is still time to enter our October Challenges get the information here. – Calendar Challenge is hosting a calendar challenge.

The Challenge: Using a clear album, create a brand new calendar, day planner, daily journal, or art book focusing on calendars or timekeeping. It should focus on either a time in the future (2009, most likely) or possibly a time in the distant past if you create a heritage project.

Please don¹t submit anything from the recent past (No 2007 or 2008 please.) If you do a day planner, it does not have to be for an entire year- it could be for a week, month, etc. You can be as traditional or as crazy and creative as you like interpreting this theme. In fact, one of the prizes awarded will be for ³Most Creative Project². There will be 3 prizes awarded overall.

The deadline is January 4, 2009. For more details & project ideas, please visit here.
