Father’s Day Scrap Projects

Father’s Day will be here before we know it so here are a few ideas to get you started on making a handmade item for the Father(s) in your life!

Queen Vanna shows a cute Father’s Day mailbox she made for her Etsy shop.  A photo is shown above also.

Some Father’s Day card ideas from Mirkwood Designs are a vest pattern and a barbecue apron.

Marzy Cards shows an origami shirt and tie here.  This map shirt is super cute!  Here is a how-to on making an origami shirt by Elementary School Art.  Photo at left.

Bella’s Boutique (Amy Yang) makes blank mini books in a tin that are masculine enough in their colour choices to make great Father’s Day gifts.  You can see her Etsy shop here with lots of them for sale.  One is shown at right.  It would make a nice little brag book!

Love this little bulletin board for Father’s Day that is made with little ties on a clothesline!

Marina Simakova shows a sheer Father’s Day album here.

Here are a few ideas from Etsy: Vintage transportation tags from BrandyWine (above left), "Dads Rule" cards by VeraJune, Father hinged sign by GlitterMe, and Gocco printed moleskin journal by Liz Plummer.

If you have a Father’s Day project to share, please send us an email at scrapscene
