Inspiration Boards for Scrappers?

hdducfinspirationboard.jpgSure, why shouldn’t scrapbookers have inspiration boards?  Do you have one?  It can be a bulletin board, or just a collection of photos on display, or pinned to a wall that gives you inspiration for layouts.  Magazine clippings, clothing tags, business cards, brochures and the like.  These are great for putting ideas out there – perhaps it’s a colour theme you like, or a layout design of a magazine ad, or a trendy pattern. Here are a few to look at, always fun!

At right is an inspiration board posted by hcducf.  Lots of colour on this one and I like how ellenbelshininspirationboard.jpgthere are fonts shown as well!

Here‘s an inspiration board that belongs to OhBara.

ArtJunkGirl shows her board here.  She displays friends’ artwork on her inspiration board as well.

Ellen Belshin‘s inspiration board is shown at left.  Love the cute little birds on this, the vintage photos and the pretty retro print.

Look how this one is on a bed of corks – gives new meaning to a “corkboard!”

Gluegirl shows a photo tutorial here on how to make a mini cork inspiration board using round cork heat trivets (Ikea).

This inspiration board is framed in a beautiful frame.

This one, by Tania Willis, is an old window frame which is backed with chicken wire.

I love this beautiful inspiration board by Carolyn Peeler.
