This post is part of our annual Christmas Card-a-Day series! If you would like to submit your card, please click here for more details.
Today's featured card is by Mary Anne Walters, from Ramsdell, Hampshire UK. Mary Anne also provides a set of printables to help out with this project.
A set of printables that can be used either as a card or used to make a hanging ornament. Click here to get the printables.
Supplies: the printed set, glue, glitter (for the ornament) and the printed set, a card blank, a few punched circles (for the card)
The ornament part can simply be cut as a single layer, punch a hole and add a hanging thread, OR you can back them with a second copy OR you can back them with plain cardstock. I printed it on quite heavy paper, like 230 GSM, so the back-to-back pieces create quite a thick edge. To tart them up, you can squeeze out a bit of glue and drag or tap the edges. Then dump out a little bit of glitter and while the glue is still wet, tap the edges thru that. Punch a tiny hole and add the string and you are done.
Thank you, Mary Anne!
