Thank you to Michelle Frisby, of Invercargill, New Zealand, for sharing her card design with us! Read on for her details:
I have adhered both scalloped cut papers to my easel card …
I've also cut some triangle banners and inked the edges.
I've wound string around my felt heart.
Added a little string to that chipboard button, and then, wait for it …
I've played and I've played and I've played … read here … layered … and I have ended up with something like this …
Let's take a closer look …
I've cut out a paper star and embossed around the edge using a shabby embossing enamel – then I've added a little ink as well.
I've used foam pop dots here and there and layered with a little muslin.
The hot glue gun has had a work out too … well that goes without saying these days.
And while making one card, it's just as easy to whip up another one at the same time, in this case, two very similar looking cards in no time at all.

It's starting to look a lot like Christmas.
Merry Christmas everyone.
