Sketches4All is hosting a Valentine Challenge, from February 5th through February 28th.
You can create a vintage Valentine card or a Valentine layout. There will be a sketch posted for the layout only. The layout colors used must be ”traditional colors” such as red and white or pink and white.
The Design Team will vote for their favorites and there will be a prize awarded for 1st and 2nd place winners.
We have a beautiful sketch created by Michele Singh for the month of February. You do not need to be a member of C’est Magnifique Kits to participate- it is open to anyone, Internationally!
The winner of this challenge (as chosen by random draw) will receive a generous prize package, and will also be able to purchase anything from the store and have it shipped to them at no extra charge- anywhere in the world!
There is also the additional prize of a $10 gift certificate to the store (again, chosen by random draw) available to those who use one of our kits to produce their layout.
The rules are simple:
-If you’re not already one of our followers, please become one!
-Create a layout based on the sketch by midnight of February 28th.
-Use the Inlinkz tool to link up your project!
Hope to see you there!
With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, most of us will be creating beautiful cards, handmade gifts, and awesome projects!!! So, why not submit your project for a chance to win some fabulous scrapbook goodies?!?!?
My challenge is to create a Valentine’s Day themed project (if not a Valentines fan, then at least a ”love” themed project). Now, what does that mean?!?!? Exactly as it sounds. Think outside the box! You can make anything, so long as it’s NOT a card or layout. Anything you please following the theme This CAN include a tag, mini album, photo blocks, etc. Get creative!!!
And when you’re done, come back here and show it off using Mr. Linky !!! You worked hard to make it!!! At the end of the month, I will chose one randomly drawn winner to receive a prize pack (TBA). Don’t worry, it will be fabulous!!
This is the second month of our new challenge format where we will be posting a card, single page, and double page sketch for you to work with the entire month. You can upload one creation for each of the sketches for up to three entries. One lucky person will be drawn from the entries to win a $25 gift certificate to the Scrapbook Express store. In order to have a monthly winner, there will need to be at least ten entries. The winner will be announced on the first of each month when the new challenge is issued. February’s sketches are brought to you compliments of Becky Fleck and PageMaps .
The challenge: Create a card, single page, or double page layout for each of the sketches above. You can only submit one creation for each sketch, for up to three entries for the month, and it must be the same type of project for which the sketch was designed (i.e., card for card sketch).
PLEASE READ! Participants must register in the Scrapbook Express forums and gallery. It is free. If you haven’t already registered please remember it might take up to a day to be approved. Participants should upload their projects into the “Blog Contest” section in the gallery. Please title your project with the month of the current challenge and the sketch you are entering. (i.e., February double page sketch)
Projects must be new for this challenge. Projects cannot be combined with any other Scrapbook Express blog challenge. By submitting to the challenge, participants give the right to the Scrapbook Express Blog team to post pictures of their entries on the winning announcement post. Participants will have until the last day of the month at midnight MST (February 28th for this month) to upload entries for the current month. In order for a gift certificate to be given, there must be at least 10 different entries for the month.
