Thank you to Paula Jennings for submitting today's card. Please read below for details on how her design was made.
"I took gold ink and inked the front side of a Sizzix embossing folder. I took it out and used Utee embossing powder and heat set it. Then I took an ink blending tool with the Holiday Distress inks Festive Berries and Evergreen Bough and rubbed over the raised portions. I took a cereal box and used a Sizzix die Gingerbread Man. I colored it with Distress Stain Wild Honey and then used my blending tool with Distress Walnut stain to 'brown' the edges like a real cookie. I used tiny black pearls for eyes, black gel pen to trace the mouth. White Liquid Pearls for the icing on the arms and legs and Red Stickles for the little hearts. I mounted the Gingerbread boys onto the embossed backgrounds and then onto the card."
