Book Review: “Sketch Funny Faces”

Sketch Funny Faces is more than a sketch book.  It is a "draw-inside step-by-step sketchbook." This book is one in a series, published by Impact, which combines instructions and tutorials along with blank sketch pad quality paper pages for you to try the examples yourself.

All you will need is a pencil.  Take the book along with you on a trip or while you wait for a bus, and both the instructions and blank paper are there ready for you to practice on.

Perfect for the beginner or experienced artist who is looking to brush-up on their drawing skills.  This instructional book will familiarize you with standard templates that can be used for drawing both cartoon characters and more realistic faces that are in perspective.

As mentioned in a previous post, handrawn faces are appearing more and more in art journals and mixed media art.  Make your art better, by learning how to make an in-perspective face from the pros!
