Reader Scrapbooking Projects

We love getting reader mail and today we are proud to showcase some scrappy artwork from some talented ScrapScene readers.  If you have a scrapbooking/papercrafting project to share, please send it to us on an email with a few details about the project: scrapscene (no space).

Deanna Koontz created the two layouts shown below while working her way through the challenges in Liz Kartchner's book, 52 More Scrapbooking Challenges. You can see more of the challenges Deanna has completed here.

Jules Eickmeier , a designer for Posh Scraps, ACOT, and Simply Scrappin' Boutique, used scrapbooking supplies to alter this torso shown below.  It is quite an amazing piece of art now!

Lisa Novogrodski made the layout shown below of her daughter when she was a baby. Here is what she tells us about this layout, "I did some photoshop editing and added wings to her and a texture to the photo. The papers are all from my Swirlydoos kit!  Lot's of layering and fussy cutting. On the chipboard flourish I used diamond dust which is my latest passion!"

Mary Anne Walters made this house of cards, shown in the photos below. She also has a little video posted which shows the construction of it.
