Scrapbooking Rooms and Studio Ideas

A couple of photos from Rachel Mason's lovely scrapbook room are shown below. Rachel has been scrapbooking since 1995 and is fortunate to have a room all of her own for her craft.  "I LOVE looking at where others create and hope that my space can inspire as well," Rachel tells us.

Rachel's space is located in the front den/bedroom in their 1930's bungalow in Kansas City, Missouri.  Rachel tells us that "The space was a blank canvas when we moved in with hardwood floors, a beautiful light toffee color on the walls, and three big windows to let in lots of natural light. I have a view of the street and it is oh so inspiring!"

Rachel has used furniture which has mostly been found at Ikea. "The rest are finds from antique stores, flea markets, and thrift shops." Rachel collects McCoy pottery and uses some of her pieces as storage for small items.

I’ve always loved Jeni’s room. Someday, I hope to have a room with just half of the coolness Jeni’s has.
