The beautiful pieces of art jewelry below are by Linda Cain. Linda tells us, "I love making wearable art with scrapbook supplies." Linda is on the Design Teams for Paper Imagery, and Small Studio Productions. She is also a Guest Designer for Vintaj. Linda’s class using Ten Seconds Studio metal is very popular. I love the idea of incorporating photos into jewelry as shown in her examples below.
Marix Marte, from Scrappalific, shows a fruit bracelet that can be made for and by children. Here’s what she did, "I used AL clear buttons and small flower buttons, MR trinkets and plastic crystal beads as spacers and an elastic string to hold them together." See two photos below.
Nerissa Alford makes jewelry as well as mixed media pieces. She often finds herself mixing the two mediums. Nerissa also uses scrapbook supplies with her jewelry creations like "…Staz-On ink pads, scrapbook papers, & brads." I love these pretty one of a kind rings shown below! See more of Nerissa’s work here on her blog or here in her Flickr Gallery. Also, take a look at her cute shop, "Kate, Vee & Me."
Below are some necklace or bracelet charms I made a little while back. They use polymer clay, papers, photos and other collage and ephemera bits. Lots of fun!
