Better Homes and Gardens has some crafty gift ideas to make for Mother’s Day posted here. I really like this idea for eco-friendly photo wall art. The photos are suspended from wire and hung across a repurposed emptied out frame. See photo below.
Nicole Snow has a detailed tutorial up at the Salt Lake City Scrapbooking Examiner on how to make a Mother’s Day album. The tutorial is in 3 parts: Part 1, 2 and 3. One of Nicole’s photos is shown below.
Kit ‘n Kaboodles recently welcomed Amy Wilhelms to their Design Team. She started off the month making a last minute Mother’s Day Gift with their May Kit. She shared her instructions below. Also, see one photo below.
cardstock
scraps of patterned paper
Mod Podge
embellishments of choice
acrylic paint (optional)
Add photos to your album, and you’re done! This took under an hour to make (less drying time for the Mod Podge of course) and will make a great Mother’s Day gift. If you decide to make one, post it here so we can see what you’ve come up with!

Love the tin with the accordian fold out. I think I’m going to try and make one for my mother in law. Thanks for finding it, Angie!
