Vintage Plum – Tuesday Night Creative Cafe

Join us at www.VintagePlum.com on Tuesday, April 7th at 6pm cst for our first ever Creative Cafe! We will be making an adorable wall hanging out of supplies we all have sitting around. Come prepared with cardboard, chipboard, patterned paper, alphabets, ribbon, hole punch, and any kind of medium and embellishments you prefer. For those who participate, you will be entered into a drawing for a great prize! Hope to see you there!

Vintage Plum – Weekly Challenge, April 6th-April 12th, 2009

Splatter It.

Your challenge is to splatter paint on any project or layout you create.

Rules: You are not required to use items from our kit to complete the challenge and you may enter as many projects as you wish. Upload a picture of it to Eye Candy (gallery) under the contest you are entering here.

All forum members will be able to vote for their favorites and the project that receives the most votes by Sunday at 8pm cst will be the winner of that challenge. The winner will have their name and project displayed in a special place.

We will also do a random drawing at the close of the contest and one lucky contestant will win a $5.00 gift certificate to our store.

Looking for a fun atmosphere to meet lots of great scrappers in a friendly environment? Why not try out for the Moments To Remember Guest Design Team Spot. We are looking for a fun, energetic scrapper with lots of creative
ideas to be our GDT member for the month of May.

Here’s what you need to do:

Rusty Pickle – Design Team Call

Good news! Rusty Pickle is looking to expand our elite design team! Ten finalists will be chosen to run an "amazing race" where their talent (and ability to function on minimal sleep

) will be put to the test. Of these ten finalists, five will be chosen to join the Rusty Pickle team.

The deadline for entry is Sunday May 31st at 12 noon Mountain Standard time. Please submit the following 3 projects for consideration: (1) 2-page 12×12 layout, an altered project and a mini album 8×8 or smaller with at least 6 pages. Projects must contain 100% Rusty Pickle product to qualify. Email all entries to: amazingrace@rustypickle.com.

Please limit one email per contestant with 1 project image of the layout, 1 project image of the altered project and one compilation image (six images) of the album (this compilation can be done using photo-editing software). The images are to be no more than 700 x 700 pixels. In the subject line put only your name.
