Valentine Scrapbooking Projects

Judit Nagy, from Hungary, made this Valentine project of a box with truffles, a recipe and card.  Photo is shown at right.  A template for the heart-shaped box can be downloaded from Judit’s blog.  There is also a slideshow illustrating the steps to make this project.

The 2 photos below are of a Valentine card made by Marci Knecht. This was a DT card that Marci made for Helmar Adhesives. She used the paper  “Hello, Beautiful” by Websters Pages. Marci tells us that she "used the Helmar Liquid Scrapdots to give the card its dimension."

Sophie Schoenhentz-Jégo, from France, made the two cards below for a challenge on the Scrapperie forum. Sophie describes herself as a "passionate card-maker" and says that "it was a real pleasure to do these projects." The challenge was to create Valentine cards without any hearts at all. "So I kept traditional colours and used classic sentiments."  Sophie also tells us an interesting point about Valentine’s Day in France, "you only do a card or give your wife/husband a present!"
