I’m inspired by all the Valentine art and images, especially the vintage valentines.
What is inspiring me this week is that it is cold!!! Therefore, I am using lots of reds, oranges and yellows to make happy, warm, and cheerful cards. If I use blues and whites, for thoughtful cards, they will make me feel colder than it already is (which is in 0-9 degrees).
I am inspired by anything baby and pink this week! We are celebrating the birth of a new baby granddaughter so I HAVE to be inspired by PINK!! and I am happy for that!

Hi! This week Im inpired by the wall border I’ve purchased for my new baby’s nursery. It has butterflies and its green and lilac, so Im scrapping some pics of my daughter in those colors, so we can greet her new sister with a nice layout for her room!

I’ve been feeling very inspired by nature lately. The snow covered trees, the lovely fluffy snowflakes, the cool, crisp wind, the birds by the bird feeder, my son playing outside. It’s all so calming and beautiful.

I am inspired at the moment to complete a project that I started for my DD. It is a recipe box filled with family recipes and tips. The reason I am inspired is DD’s grandmother passed away after an extended illness and this is a way my DD will be able to remember her grandmother in a way that hopefully will bring the positive memories to her, not the more recent ones of her grandmothers illness. This stamp set is perfect, and it goes with two others that I am using for the recipe box and cards.
I have been inspired by all the lovely and yummy sneak peaks I have seen this week, but most of all by my beautiful baby girl Julia.

I’ve been inspired this week just by organizing and going through some of my stuff.
Color is what is inspiring me right now. we are purchasing a new home and I have been looking at colors for it. I have found that looking at the colors for the house has changed the way I look at colors for scrapbooking.
I would have to say that at the moment I am inspired by fashion. I love to walk around the shopping centre to see what are the latest colours – be it a doona cover or a funky t-shirt. I always take a mental photo and when I get home create a card using that image in my head.
I also love to recycle so I’m always on the lookout before throw things in the rubbish.

I am on a distressing carpet ride these days. I got a new border punch and I use the large bracket shape for paper. Distress the paper like crazy, ink, border punch it and I go nuts.

It is my BIRTHDAY today and this week I feel especially inspired by the reminder that life is short and that each day and each moment we have is special. That friends are precious and family is for always. I’m anxious to start scrapping both everyday moments now and starting on my own story….or as my son says “my timeline.”

What is inspiring me this week is my customers. They come in to the store with their photos and want help choosing papers and designing pages. By the time I head home, all I want to do is get my hands on my own paper and stamps and create, create, create!

This week I am being inspired by cooler weather!!! We have not had much “winter” here in North Texas until this week – over night we got ice!!! The cooler temps and hanging in the house has gotten my mojo going and I’ve done quite a few cards this week!!! I also found the Clear Art Stamps for the first time this past weekend when visiting an LSS by my Mom (I have none near me) and purchased the fishing set!!! I pulled them out last night and am working on a card with one of the images this morning – before I found this give away!!! Have a great day!

I was really inspired by the Clear Scraps booth at CHA. Designer Tonya Dirk made some AMAZING albums that made me think that I could make a beautiful acrylic album too. Her work is flawless and it has kept me thinking about making an acrylic mini book ever since I saw it.
What’s inspiring to me are all the colors/shades of red for the season….
This week I have a few things I am inspired to complete. My daughter just took photos for Valentines and Chinese New Year (btw this only gives me about a week and a half to get whatever it is out the door and mailed to everyone). Plus I’m working on some digital layouts which I’m new to. I have to get going on altering Valentine mailboxes for my girl’s sweethearts.
