Mandy Douglass, Creating Keepsakes‘ current Scrapbooker of the Year, will have a new column beginning
with the Jan 09 issue of the magazine. Entitled “Mandy’s Challenge,” Mandy will pose a challenge to a few scrapbookers to see what they come up with. The first challenge is creating a set of layouts and projects for under $5.
