Christmas Scrapbooking Projects

Well, I guess these aren’t all scrapbooking related, but you can use some of your scrap supplies to make these things!

If you’ve got a lot of buttons lying around, why not make a button wreath like Craftapalooza did here.  I don’t see a tutorial, but I imagine you could easily make it using a plate as a template to cut out a circular piece of cardboard and then glue them on top.  I particularly like how the buttons chosen are all of the same colour theme – makes for a classy look!  (Photo at left.)

Take a look at the beautiful vintage-inspired ideas, by Heather Bullard, for wrapping gifts.

Martha Stewart shows how to make shimmering stacked tree out of newspapers in a video tutorial!  Love this, so cute!  Here is the written tutorial. One photo is shown at right.

Just Like Martha also has a tutorial posted for how to make recycled paper trees

Rasberry has posted a tutorial on how to make an angel garland.  One photo is shown at left.

Here’s a great idea from Jennifer Stewart.  Make a Christmas canvas for a gift.  Kits are available to make these – one photo at right.  For more details, please click here.

Corinna Lyons-Revello turned some Goodwill glass votive candle holders into pretty decorative candles – ideal for Christmas decorating.  One photo is shown at left and you can see more photos plus instructions here.
