My Shadow Box/Shaker Card
I always loooove shadow boxes and shaker cards so… I decided to combine both and..it worked perfectly !!
Cut and trim a piece of black cardstock to 150mm H x 140mm x 20mm x 140mm x 20mm x 10mm (it looks complicated, but I swear it’s not !!).
On the wider 2nd panel, make a window (as if you would for a shaker card), mine is roughly 25mm all around. With a pattern/printed paper, make a
window,
then adhere it onto the 2nd panel. Give a 2mm edge, and trim the inside.
Adhere a piece of acetate inside the card (where the window is) with double sided tape, then double sided mounted tape all around (make sure to seal well so that sand or glitter don’t escape !!), put a teaspoon of glitter or sand, then press another piece of exact size acetate over it.
Stamp a greeting, word stamps in center of printed/pattern paper (previously cut for the frame), adhere it inside the back of the card, close the card over the 10mm folded piece of black cardstock and …voila !!!

Great idea!!
What a great card and a great project!
