A perfect day? The sun is shining brightly, the kids are playing together…not fighting. I am sleeping late. Then, a movie and play time with the kids, quite time with DH and scrappy time for me!!!
Heaven!
The perfect day would begin with having a full 8 hours of sleep, followed by feeding and playing with a smiling baby, no taxi-ing anyone around. It would end with couple time and a good bar of chocolate and a bowl of ice cream.
OK – it’s a glorious sunny day, w weather pleasant so I can have the windows open … everybody ELSE can sleep in as I like rising early with the birds for checking blogs … then pulling out stamp supplies. LOL – and THEN I can enjoy time well spent w friends and family! Aren’t weekends too short?!
i think i pretty much had the pefect day over this weekend
time with family
time alone
time to tidy my house
time to scrap
time with my mum
time with my son
phone call with my daughter who is OS
… .it all was just perfect
My perfect day would be alone scrapping all I want and maybe some shopping too. Or a day with my family. Both of those are perfect days for me.
With two college students and two working parents, it is hard to get us all together. A perfect day would be for all of us to be under the same roof, laughing and visiting and sharing.
A perfect day for me would be a gorgeous day on the beach with friends and family. I didn’t really get to do that this year, so I can’t wait for next summer already!
My perfect day would be spent at the beach with my husband and the kids. I love the salty air and the relaxation. Then, when we head home, the kids will be exhausted and I can get some uniterupted scrap time!
my perfect day would be spent with my son doing something we both love but don’t get to do often…maybe shopping and a movie, just the 2 of us:)
A perfect day?
time with family
time alone
time to scrap
a perfect day for me would be to have all of my family that lives out of state come stay with us and spend the day at the beach or park.
A perfect day would follow a perfect nights sleep. A big cup of coffee and a day spent in my studio creating!
I know this maybe weird but it would be the day that I am realizing, not taking it for granted how rich my life is. That I am content with the me in me, not questioning my talents, creativity, my size and mental health. Being blessed for all my gifts I have and have to share.
Thanks for provoking the thoughts….too kind.
dj
A perfect day for me would be..a nice warm summery day..Drinking iced tea and sitting on the front porch reading..I also enjoy days scrapping with my friends.
Full day of scrapping for me please
I think my perfect day would be a day without any worries! It is in the 70′s, slight breeze, and sunny outside. My husband and I spending the day with our 2 little boys. Sounds great!
Oh – what a fun class! A perfect day for me would be one where I woke up in no pain and had no pain for the entire day. That may sound pretty simple, but I’ve been in neurological pain 24/7 for over 5 years… Thank you for this opportunity.
What a great giveaway! Just what I need to get my mojo going agian.
My prefect day would be papercrafting ALL day long! Heaven!
A perfect day for me would be camping with my family at a beautiful lake…. Good food, family, music playing in the background and fishing on a pontoon boat…. I can smell the cat fish on the BBQ already…. LOL
Hugs,

I Scrap So All Moments Are Remembered!!!
A perfect day would be a lie in, breakfast in bed then a full day of scrapping!
Thanks as always for the great information.
sounds like an awesome class, a perfect day for me would be my hubby taking the kids for an outing and leaving me home alone to scrap.
my definition of perfect day is when everything good comes to you and having to spend a quality time with the family at our cosy home.
Ahhhhh the perfect day…..So many thoughts come to mind, but I suppose if I could be selfish, a perfect day would be time alone. (Every day is perfect and full of family). Cool enough to have all of the windows in my house open and the sun still shining brightly. The radio playing, a glass of ice tea, a good book and of course lots of time to scrap!
The class sounds like a lot of fun. Thanks for the chance.
I don’t think 24 hours would be enough! It would be sunny weather. Spending quality time with DH and DS. Having real Italian ice cream. And at the end of the day there’ll be some scrapping too!
my perfect day is my little family on vacation
The perfect day for me would be spent with my bff Amy scrapping the day away at the a Bed and Breakfast scrapbook retreat and just having some me time!! I can dream can’t I?!! Lol!!
A perfect day for me would be a beautiful sunny day on the beach with my family!
A perfect day would be time with my two kids especially since one is now 1700 miles away! The day would end with some scrapping time for me to capture the memories.
a perfect day for me is any day i spend with my family, especially my two beautiful granddaughters. i am old enough now to know that dreams don’t always come true, but keep dreaming anyway, and count each day as a gift no matter what the circumstances are. if i could pick one special day it would be with my husband, children and grandchildren at the beach on a gorgeous day being silly and playing in the sand and watching the sunset! Then eating or having a barbeque, ice cream for dessert, and falling asleep with my grandkids knowing how special life is!!!
peggy forma
A Perfect Day…on a scrapbook cruise with my whole family having fun in the sun and i could scrap to my heart’s content!!!
The perfect day for me would just consist of a quiet time spent with my family with no phones, no interruptions, preferably on a nice beach like Hawaii!!
A perfect day is fresh coffee in hand and a fresh scrapbook surface to work on. I would spend all day scrapping my pictures of the time we lived in Hong Kong into an album and also several mini albums. I have loads of papers and embellishments and want undisturbed time to devote to it. Lunch will appear, dinner will appear, and after I’ve done things to my satisfaction I will have a massage and a perfect night’s sleep knowing those memories are where they belong.
Waking up pain free…..breakfast with my sweet husband…a trip to the thrift store where I find the perfect things I’ve been looking for…..a stop at my LSS only to find some brand new amazing Prima flowers then home to spend the rest of the day making pretty things. A video and dinner with DH later and what a day I’ve had!
A perfect day for me would start with a pedicure in the morning, some shopping, lunch, visiting my favorite scrapbooking and book store – then home to scrapbook without any interruptions while my Mama Mia soundtrack is playing and I would end the day with a bubble bath, a good book, candles and a glass of wine!!
What a wonderful day this would be!!
My perfect day, would be to wake up on a tropical island, where the sun is shinning, open the doors onto a lovely deck overlooking the ocean, spend the day with the kids on the beach, and sipping cocktail watching the sun set with my darling husband
My perfect day would be a morning where I didn’t have to get up at any particular time (even though it would be early). It would be a sunny day so I could eat breakfast outside in the garden then play in the dirt for a little while planting/weeding. Later in the day would be spent with family and friends. I’m also a bit of a night owl sometimes & that’s my favorite time to scrapbook & get creative so that would be a perfect finish to a great day
My perfect Day? I guess a day with my Hubby & sons in Cornwall, warm & sunny, a walk accross the causeway to St Michaels mount for morning coffee & clotted cream scones. Then an afternoon building sandcastles & paddling in the sea on Marazion beach, followed by an evening at the Minnack theatre with dinner in a hamper. Lots of photo opportunites to scrap this memorable day!
My perfect day would be a day with my crafting friends away in a cabin in the mountains. We would have a beautiful view of the mountains from our huge crafting table. We could craft anything we wanted and each one of us can do a mini-workshop.
We would take breaks for meals, ice cream sundaes, relaxing, swimming, or whatever the day may bring!
A Perfect Day just has to be one of unadulterated, guilt-free scrapping!
My perfect day would start with a bike ride on the boardwalk by the beach with my husband followed by a few hours of relaxing on the beach. The evening would consist of dinner out and a walk along the beach.
The perfect day always includes my family but it has to have some alone time for me too. I would spend the morning scrapbooking all by myself and relaxing and then I would have lunch with kids and hubby and we’d spend the afternoon doing something together followed by dinner. Then I would go back to scrapbooking all by myself for a little while before bed.
My most recent perfect day, was the celebration of my retirement after nearly 30yrs of teaching. I gathered together with friends, colleagues & family for a 3hr cruise around the Lake. We shared memories, laughter & a lot of love. The only problem was, the weather was rainy & windy ……… but no-one seemed to care!.
The perfect day would be warm but not too hot. The sun would be shining. My husband and daughter and I would all be together on the lake and we would be fishing. We’d catch lots of fish and have a huge bonfire where we’d eat the fish that we caught.
My perfect day would be a lovely, warm sunny one, spent with my dh and kids. We’d have no particular place to go or thing to do. We’d definitely have a wonderful lunch in a restaurant, preferably sitting in a shady spot with a gorgeous view!
My perfect day would start after noon, not at 6 am. It could finish by 6 am… I would have time to do all the things I planned to do on the previous day. It would also have much more than just 24 hours. I guess 50 would be a good number. I would have time to play with my two kids, cook for then, clean up the house, go to a few stores and buy something, scrap at least one page, read all the blogs I like, watch my beloved TV series, read a little and definitly would finish with a very nice dinner on Nippon, a japanese restaurant wich is my favorite one!!!
My perfect day would start out with the kids getting themselves ready for the day without any help from me, leaving me time to surf the net while eating bacon and eggs cooked by my cooking-impaired husband. I would then spend the rest of the day in my scrap room, being interrupted only when someone wanted to know if I needed more chocolate. It would end with my cooking-impaired husband cooking and cleaning up afterwards, and rubbing my feet while snuggling up for grown up time!
Oh, this class looks awesome! I’d love to win a spot in it! My perfect day would be spent alone (okay, maybe with my dog too) in a cabin in the woods during autumn. After hiking in the woods, I’d relax by the roaring fire and scrapbook the night away!
Right now my perfect day would include a sunny, white sand beach, a comfortable beach chair & a really great book!
The perfect day for me is nothing going wrong.
Honestly, I’ve already lived my perfect day. I got married just over 2 years ago, and it was my best day ever. All day long, I remember being very aware of the fact that I’d never been as happy as I was at that moment. Awesome!
That said, my perfect regular day would involve a beach and a book!
i have several things in mind that i would consider perfect day for me:
-my hubby finally going home from working abroad after almost 3 years..
-shopping with my mom and sils
and finally, SCRAP shopping everything i want!!! hehehe
Perfect Day…not getting out of bed early! Spending the day with my family at a vacation spot lounging, laughing, feasting, recreating, having a wonderful time together.
Perfect Day?? I have had two in my lifetime ~ 28 Dec 81, the day my beautiful daughter was born, and 21 Jun 07, the day God wed me to the man He chose for me after 20 years of single parenthood! Other than that, a perfect day is any day that I can spend creating cards for family, Chemo Angels, Cards for Heroes. Have never scrapped but am certain I can learn!
a perfect day for me is baking for my hubby and family who love it even though I am losing my sight and hearing. then to relax by stamping/scrapping afterwards knowing that the rewards of baking and the smells are drifting thru the house. everyone to enjoy. what a glorious day for me.
My perfect day is a day at Disneyland
My perfect day would be finding a slip in the postbox, knowing it meant some scrapping goodies had arrived… dashing off to retrieve them and then being given the whole day to submerge myself in new stuff and allow the creative process to take its course.
Oh, how I’d love to win!!!
Perfect day:
). Ahhhh.
Sunlight, water, occasional soft breezes. The sound of lapping or babbling water, whether lake, ocean, or brook. Perfect music playing (depends on the mood and the site), dogs quiet, on the deck at my feet. Add art and/or books, and unlimited, glorious Time (yes, with a capital T
A perfect day would be a day spent scrapbooking, of course!
A perfect day for me would be a bright sunny day with time for all the things that I love. Family, Scrapping, Sleeping Late, Shopping, etc.
Hmmm…. a perfect day for me would be a day spent with the family, shopping and lazying around and scrapping….
A perfect day for me would be to wake up in the mountains of Georgia, go for a long, somewhat challenging mountain bike ride with my hubby, eat some awesome Mexican food at A La Gave in downtown Ellijay, scrap some photos & end the night with wine in the hot tub!
What a wonderful title. I think that for my daily devotions today, I will contemplate what a perfect day would be.
The perfect day …………..mmmmmmmmmmm……… there are many I can think of. Spending time with my family, spending an entire day with my friends, being on my own with soft music and just chillin. These are amongst my favourites!!
Being a Mum who works full time, the perfect day would be a full day with my 20 month old and 6 year old, doing whatever they wanted (which could involve a park and a picnic), enjoying the Spring weather, and not having to think about all the household chores, grocery shopping, meal planning and work I need to catch up on at the same time. Just time to completely focus on them, my husband and me creating fun together!
every day is a perfect day, spending time with my family, scrapping every day, … I think the most important is enjoy every day…
Kisses from France
No distractions, no TV. Just my family and me
My perfect day:
Nice sunny day in the park. Spending it with the family. Getting lots of photos of the kids on the playground, bringing lunch. Maybe through in a fishing pole of two and let the kids enjoy that. Brining the boat out for a ride. Hit the beach make a sand castle of two.
My perfect day would be spent with my family. DH and I would do something fun with the kiddoes-neither one of them would cry, whine, or get in trouble the whole time. After our fun day, we would come home and both the kids would take long naps and DH would watch football while I scrapped. In the evening, the kiddies would eat dinner early and then go to bed, without me having to fight with the oldest about brushing his teeth. DH and I would then have a romantic dinner all by ourselves.
I know…a girl can dream, though,right?
my best day would be …………………….
A day on a sunny hot island by the water with my family to lay eat all the fruit that i can get my hands on, cold ice tea beer for the rest of them and spa treatments all the way around. hum yummy………..

Aperfect day for me would be a day that was stress-free, no major responsibilities and time for doing whatever I want! That of course would include scrapbooking, reading, and maybe watching a movie.
My perfect day is to wake up next to my 3 year-old little girl. We’d go swimming (her favorite thing) and play outside for a while to get some good photos. Then in the evening we’d have family movie time and I’d sit and scrap the day’s photos (while pretending to watch the movie).
A day with my husband where we would “junk and thrift and flea market” all day. No set plans just a lot of one dollar bills and a lot of used stuff.
My perfect day would inlcude bright sunshine, cool breezes, a good book and no other commitments to handle so I could read on the deck all day.
My perfect day would start late because I wold sleep in. Then I would have a leisurely breakfast and read a chapter or two of one of my favorite books. Then I would get some exercise, spend time with my loved ones, spend some time being creative (scrapbooking, etc.) and then out to a fantastic dinner. Whew!
My perfect day is no alarm, restful sleep, and then going golfing with no kids OR doing whatever strikes my fancy!
My perfect day:
shop till I drop – scrapbooking supplies, of course!
(never been to a real scrapbooking store – I only buy online – I live in Israel so I have an reason…)
The perfect day for me would to have the whole family together playing on an ocean beach!!
A perfect day would be a day that the 3 of us can spend together doing what we all want to do uninterrupted by the demands of every day life. With a husband owning a business, me working for an attorney and our 13 year old in school and sports, it is rare for us to have time together for vacations, let alone a single day. So a perfect day would be without cell phones, without sports practices and games, without working and calls from the business or the boss!
Sounds like a perfect day to me.
Steph
That would have to be a full nights sleep followed by a kid free date night with my delicious bloke…on an island resort…in the tropics….with a foot massage every half hour…….
I’m rambling aren’t I?
Hahaha! one can dream hey?
The perfect day is family time on a beach… peferably in Aguillia!
A perfect day is a bright sunny day with all of my children and grandchildren over for a barbecue.
My next favorite day is to go to the Megameet in Novi, takes lots of classes, look at all of the new things and make make its and take its.
Linda Peterson
The perfect day for me would allow enough hours in a day to do all of the things that I love….playing with the Grandkids, spending time with hubby, a nice dinner and of course plenty of time to scrap with a friend.
the perfect day would include going somewhere fun with my friends. the day would be sunny with a nice breeze and there would be no arguments. everyone would just be cracking jokes and having a blast!
the perfect day…hmmm…for me that would be when the laundry and dusting fairies show up and I spend my whole day scrapping!
My perfect day would start with breakfast at a restaurant with my family. After breakfast, my husband and sons would have plans that would take them away from the house for the entire day. I would be able to go home to a quiet house where I would scrapbook and watch movies undisturbed for the entire day.
My perfect day would be At a scrapbooking retreat, say Nags Head, scrapping overlooking the beach in 70-75 degree weather with wonderful friends.
