Beautiful Kits from Go. Be Creative. I love a challenge and have found that I can be my most creative by working on challenges posted by various website and forums.

this is so so generous. i think what inspires me to create is great stories, good photos, and some quiet time. the magical combination of three always gets my juices flowing.

I love working from kits… especially at a crop.

I get creative by drinking coffee, reading, writing, browsing my inspiration journal, looking at my pictures. I am usually more inspired than I actually have time for creating.

    lovely kits ..

I get my inspiration from browsing thru magazines, may not be sb related but fashion and design. And also when I go visit my LSS to see all the oh so lovely new arrivals and of course my organizing my stash and seeing all the stuff i’ve got makes me wanna start creating ….

  9. Posted 5 years, 8 months ago | Permalink

Wow, those kits are gorgeous! What inspires my creativity most are home decor magazines and music. Magazines like “Domino” always have the most interesting and creative mix of colors and patterns, and that always gives me ideas. My favorite music is also really inspiring because a lyric or song title often sparks an idea for a layout.

Those kits are gorgeous! To get in the creative mood I often either look through magazines or look through my stash of supplies. If I have a lot of time I go shopping! Shopping always gives me an overwhelming creative feeling that lasts a long time! :-) Thanks for the giveaway!

I first of all clear my head by reading all emails and I look at a few blogs. Once that’s done, I put a CD on repeat , and off I go. Naturally I can only do this after the children are asleep in bed and the house is quiet!
I have fingers, toes and everything else crossed – these are some seriously gorgeous kits!

Love the kits! To crank up my creativity, I put away things from the previous project, organize a bit, rummage through my stash. Soon, some color combinations, forgotten products, to bits and pieces of stuff will “beg” to be made into something. It may takes minutes, or days, but it’ll happen.

Beautiful kits! I try to get creative by going to different scrapbooking websites and checking out the galleries, it gives me different ideas. I look at the sketches that I have printed out to get over the scrappers block many times.

Such fun kits! To get creative I just have to walk into my scrapbook room! I have it set up so that it is a very inspiring place! I love the color and the energy and just all of it! LOL! I will sometimes hop online and find some fun challenges or just neat color combos and stuff to get me going, too!

To get in a creative mood, some days I read blogs, websites, books and magazines. On other days, I get in the mood to create by taking new photos. And on really good days, I just wake up feeling creative. But those days don’t come very often.

Things that inspire me to feel creative are other’s beautiful work, advertising, patterned paper, kits, photos that I want to crop, scrapbook magazines, and being with other croppers! If only I could do it all day long….

  22. Posted 5 years, 8 months ago | Permalink

Wow! The prizes! I hope Im one of the lucky ones. To inspire, I go through my pictures and think what I was doing when I took them. Try to remember the moment, and start a little journaling! I focus always on the feelings involved in the picture, and that inspires me to scrap! Have a great day everyone!!!!!

I find creating begets creativity! The more I create, the more inspired I become, so even if I can’t figure out what to do with a particular LO I try to work on another project that I am not as personally invested in, like cards or albums for other people. That usually provides teh saprk I need!

What a wonderful give away. Thank you. To get my creative juices flowing, I will often look at online galleries to see what other scrappers have created. I also take a cup of tea and a scrappy magazine and go sit in the sun. I also find inspiration while cleaning my scrap room – it’s amazing what I can find when I finally clean up my room.

  26. Posted 5 years, 8 months ago | Permalink

To get creative, I have to have a beautiful photo to start with! Then some music to pump me up! Of course, having the right kit with beautiful colors and embellishments always hellps me get creative too!

  27. Posted 5 years, 8 months ago | Permalink

What inspires me is the products….all the beautiful papers, embellies, textures…..I love looking at them and am always inspired to “Go Be Creative”!

  28. Posted 5 years, 8 months ago | Permalink

I get in a creative mood by going though my supplies and grouping together stuff that I think will work together. I find it sooo much easier to make something if I have all kinds of already coordinated stuff close at hand! I also spend tons of time reading blogs… and I have an “inspiration” folder on my computer where I save images that I like.

Fun kits! Hope to win one. :) To get my creative juices flowing… I look at idea books/magazines and online galleries. But I have to limit myself because otherwise I will lose myself in the stuff and not end up with much creating time. Anytime I get something new, I want to create with it so I look for stuff in my stash to go with it.

When I settle down to create a page or card I always start with going thru my patterned paper…and that is usually all it takes to get the mojo going. One piece of patterned paper always leads to another and the creativity is “unleashed”. If the paper pile is big enough I might create several items at one sitting. I can only dream of what these kits might do!

    What beautiful kits.

Boy what inspires me to scrapbook that’s a tough one. I think about scrapbooking all day long at work but what really gets me inspired is when I print out new pictures of current events.

I switch from scrapbooking to collecting and then back again.

    What a wonderful hobby :)

Several things inspire me. Mostly it is the product that really gets me thinking. I often try to see the final layout in the product and have an idea of what I can use it for. Once a floor pattern also inspired me – so the range is vast. Thanks for asking!

I scour the internet for mojo! hehehe I always get stuck in a rut and I really find inspiration by blog hopping, “flipping” scrapbooking galleries etc… One way or another, a certain photo, color, paper or title would capture my attention and I’d draw inspiration from that. Or when I really can’t figure out anymore what to do, I just…STOP. Try to regroup my thoughts and then I go back to what I’m trying to make work and the rest, thankfully, fall into place :)

I read a lot of scrapbooking and creative blogs. The more I read and see, the more I want to do. Magazines are also helpful when I’m looking for a spark of inspiration. Lastly, I took a class recently with Big Picture Scrapbooking, which really got me excited about being creative.

  38. Posted 5 years, 8 months ago | Permalink

Wow, I would love to win one of those kits. Usually I don’t have a problem to be creative. But if I do have that problem, I usually give my son (4 yrs) a couple of crayons and a piece of paper. Whatever he draws (colors, shapes, sizes) inspires me to create a new layout. And a lot of beautiful, funny and creative designs came out of that.

I get inspired by reading magazines, Net surfing, and actually making things. I switch-mode from altered art to scrapbooking to keep my perspective fresh. =) I also get inspired by going outside, taking a walk, malling, anything, to get inspired by the richness of designs all around us. =)

I think there are two things that really inspire me. The first is a deadline. There is nothing like a good deadline to get my creative juices flowing and the work pouring out! The second thing that inspires my creativity is problem-solving. Of course, some of my “problems” aren’t really problems at all (like “how can I use this great new product in a layout?”), but sometimes they are (like “I need a scrapping space, but don’t have any room in my house for one”).

Great giveaway, thank you! To get feeling creative, I usually browse through one of my favorite scrapping books or look at my “favorites” that I’ve saved in online galleries! Of course, a tight deadline kicks me into high gear like nothing else! Thanks again!

Hey, I’m always in the mood to scrapbook, but there are a few things that REALLY get my mojo flowing. I love POP music…something with a dance beat. That always puts me in the mood. I also love to look through my stash of patterned papers. It either makes me hungry or gets me in the mood…i’m better off getting in the mood though, cuz that doens’t make me put on pounds. ScrapBlogs get me in the mood too!

It doesn’t take much to get me going creatively, it is more of a problem finding the time. But…at those times when I am feeling no mojo I love to go through my fave blogs and get inspired. Actually I do that all of the time anyway :)

  57. Posted 5 years, 8 months ago | Permalink

Well, for me it’s a process. I have to let myself know that I will be scrapping that evening. I make sure everyone and everything is taken care of. I check out my magazines and think of pics I want to scrap and the story I want to tell and than bam… It clicks… If I don’t feel it I just walk away because then I’ll get frustrated. I’ll go read blogs and sometimes it will jolt a thought and the mojo kicks in… BTW, those kits look delish

If I am in a creative slump, I will go to my Inspiration binder. In here I have sketches, photos of layouts I liked from magazines and websites and I also have ads and color combos I like. I usually find a starting point for my layouts from there.

What inspires me? Anything. Everything. Old lace. Scrapbook magazines. An ad in a regular magazine. A pile of scrapbook paper scraps laying in a certain order. Buttons. Talking about scrapbooking. Thinking about scrapbooking. Planning a scrapbook crop. Reading blogs. Shopping for supplies. Find old ephemera. It doesn’t take much to inspire me. I just wish I could dedicate more time to putting all the inspiration to use.
    (And oooooooooohhhhh….I hope I win a kit!)

Wow, how great it this. Also, when we get together with a bunch of friends, and get away from the hassel of everyday life, I can get inspired more than just sitting at home by myself and trying to scrap!

I am so inspired lately, everywhere I go! Getting this email from ScrapScene everyday inspires me and all my girls at SIS TV. I can’t believe how much talent is out there and it gets my mind racing on ways to incoperate ideas into my own style. I really can’t wait each day to get my email from here and see what is shown. I tend to lean more toward vintage and collage type work but getting on here and seeing so may neat things gets me moving in different directions.

This is going to sound a little odd, however I find that I am most creative when I am out and about. While sitting in the park, watching the kids play, going for a ride when the leaves start to change color. Taking in different landscapes.while on vacation. When I return home I am refreshed and ready to put my creativity into action

Oh my God… beautiful kits… thanks for the opportunity… You know I get creative when I see coordinated kits like these… seriously… the combination of colors and the different embelishments help me get creative. Same thing happens when I look at magazines of furniture or decoration, or when I see print advertising… Also, when I’m relaxed, I’m usually more creative… and finally, when I have to do something for a specific ocassion, or for someone as a surpise, it’s easier for me to get more excited about the project, and then usally more creative.
    Thanks again.

the kits are gorgeous!!! Thanks for the opportunity to win one or three, WOW!!!!

To get creative … there really isn’t just one thing. Sometimes its the paper and picture that forcce me to stay up in the middle of thenight when all is quiet and scrap. Sometimes its the freedom of a quiet afternoon alone in the house. I think the quiet helps me get creativev. Since the birth of my DD, I find it hard to find a quiet moment to myself. So I guess once its gets quiet I take that time to relax and be quiet and scrap the joys and sometimes not so joys of my life. Scrapping is a reminder that even though things are different now and I am no longer only responsible for me that there are so many good and wonderful joys going on that I could never have experienced in my previous life.

One of the main things that inspires me is the love of photos. I might find the color from them, the theme, or words I would like to scrap. Yes, also truly ScrapScene has so many wonderful attractions and ideas I always come away full of inspiration.

The more I scrap, the more inspiration seems to strike. I love to have whole days because then I can get a real roll on and manage some great pages by the end of it. It’s the actual creative process that fuels my creativity, when I don’t get enough time to play my mojo dries up and it’s harder to begin again the longer I have gone without.
    BTW your kits are amazing!!

Your kits are amazingly beautiful–breathtaking actually!!! I tend to be a natural or I would say I was born creative, but I am most creative when I am surrounded with other people–like at crop functions and especially when I crop with my friends. I do get creative inspiration from looking at other’s gallery’s and magazine ideas!!! But I just look at my pictures and go with the color of the picture and then the theme, pick my paper and start embellishing like CRAZY!!! I LOVE SCRAPBOOKING!!! Carrie Beaird from Jefferson, Ga.

Very nice! I just have to look at a few blogs and I’m ready to make something. I tend to do only cards, so I pick a stamp I feel like coloring and get ideas from blogs and go for it. It all just unfolds on its own.. I seldom have it completely planned out.

Usually people inspire me to create because I like to give away some of my masterpieces. Sometimes events also inspire me to create things (weddings, baby showers, birthdays, etc.)

    I love these kits!
