When I need inspiration I go through my stash draws and very quickly find some sort of idea to get me going. Then I call my friend who also does the same type of art and tell her to come on over and we start a new project.

I was not sure how to enter the contests I am brand new to scrapbooking and I usually only comment on something if I like it and mark it to buy! Right now all of it interets me and to be inspired I need to have everything I need to make the kind of scrapbooks and mini scrapbooks that I have in mind. Our family is small so I thought some minis would be nice too.

Most of the time my pictures inspire me, with a close second being some fabulous, colorful products that I am just itching to scrap with. Yesterday I was inspired by cotton candy…I saw my kids eating some, then I tried some and had a flashback to when I was a kid and how I would always look at the floor, thinking I had dropped my piece of cotton candy, when it really just melted in my mouth. πŸ™‚
Thanks for the contest…the prizes are amazing!

Hi **** honestly i get creative when i get u’r “TODAY ON SCRAPCENE” email… That’s when i get the chance to see marvelous work and great ideas. Normally, 5 seconds after that i have sooooo many ideas on my mind… (most of the times i cant make those ideas real, cause in my country we don’t have stores that sell scrapbook items, so we have to work with other materials πŸ™‚

Very nice! I just have to look at a few blogs and I’m ready to make something. I tend to do only cards, so I pick a stamp I feel like coloring and get ideas from blogs and go for it. It all just unfolds on its own.. I seldom have it completely planned out.

I work back! and how do I do that? well, I just look at the pictures in my box and scribble titles, then I compose subtitles or journaling. then if I still have the “work-back attitude” going, I start building up the pps and embellies that will go with the picture/s. and before I know it, I’m creating already!

When I want to be creative, I put on some great music and get out all of my supplies. I love having out of the supplies so I can sit and just reach for everything.

Usually people inspire me to create because I like to give away some of my masterpieces. Sometimes events also inspire me to create things (weddings, baby showers, birthdays, etc.)

    I love these kits!
