I’m loving these cute altered matchboxes! Such a great packaging idea for sending a small trinket to a friend. The little matchbox dressers below would be perfect for a doll house. Best of all, you can use your scrapping supplies to alter them.
This butterfly matchbox, shown above and from BHG’s site, is actually a wedding favour. How pretty!
Have you seen these matchbox “drawers?” InceyWincey made a cute one here. Photo of a couple of them are shown below. Vintage at Heart made the pretty one shown on the left and All the Trimmings made the one on the right.
You can access a photo tutorial on how to make them yourself by Craftsty here. It actually sounds a lot easier than it looks! All they’ve done is stacked and glued a few matchboxes together, wrapped them in paper and then embellished them. Will have to give this a try!
