My craftiness time was spent on making a baby scrapbook for a Mom-to-Be. Her shower was on Saturday and I was up until 3am that morning cutting and gluing!

Nothing crafty here for Mother’s Day. My mom is gone and I always spend Wed-Sat prior to Mom’s day at a big trade show (MegaMeet) pretty much working my tail off! So I just enjoy the pampering I get from my DH, DD & SIL!

what a wonderful bundle of goodies in this give-away!
So I have a bit of a problem with Mother’s Day because I live in a country where it is celebrated a week after it’s celebrated in the rest of the world. So I don’t know whether to celebrate it twice or not at all (they don’t really make much of a deal of it here in Spain, other than saying “happy mother’s day”…no brunches, nothing like that! However I was working on a project for an upcoming workshop I’m doing, so at least I was enjoying some time to myself :) cheers!

Sadly I didn’t make anything crafty for Mothers day… I don’t scrap well under pressure.
I did manage to do a LO of myself and my sister when we were kids, and a picture of her two kids – pointing out the obvious resemblance…

    Hi,

I have recently relocated from my hometown (and continent !!) with my husband so this mother’s day I was far away from my mom. I haven’t done anything crafty nor did I have the mood. I miss my mom and my whole family.

Maybe a creative kit can help …

I love the colorful BoBunny organice papers! The other kit looks amazing as well. I’ve never seen a barn star in a kit before. I’d like t challenge myself with that kit.

I made my gorgeous Mum a digital layout as a tribute to her and also a little picture/card to hang made with Stampin’ Up products. The picture was made in vintagy/grungy/collagey style which she just loves. I’ve popped pics of these over on my blogs where I share all my digi and traditional scrapping creations. It’s so much fun giving a handmade gift and Mum commented on that on Mother’s Day!

My Mom passed a few years back… So I made a card for a scrappy friend…..So far its just stamped but I’m sure I’ll be adding some embellies too…..It will be a belated MD card….

Beautiful kits — thanks so much for offering the give away! Well, I’d planned to complete a project I’d started in my LSS — a collage/scrapbook house with heritage photos. My mom would love it…but, didn’t get it done and it’s now buried under piles of new “supplies” (hmmm…maybe less supplies=more time to craft?!? Never!). So, it’s now become an anniversary or Christmas gift depending on when I finish it!

Not a great mother’s day for me this year as I was sick but I did spend the day reading a great book. Hubby cooked breakfast for us and we had a very relaxing day.

oopppss…I forgot to say that for my mother, I stamped/made a card for her. Then I purchased some really expensive beads and made her a bracelet and earrings to match. Her birthstone is topaz and she wore them to church, and was telling everyone that I made them. I was so happy she loved the present. It came from my heart.

By the way–It would be a Blessing to win a kit. Instead of me always Purchasing Kits for a change! I would GREATLY APRECIATTE IT IF I WERE THe CHOSEN ONE! I could use a Lift, since I have been suffering from clinically severe depression over the past 1 month–pretty suiciadal at times. But I have great Family and Friends to support me during this difficult time, But a Kit sure would LIFT my Spirits!

    GOD BLESS YOU! Carrie Beaird

Nice kits – love the BoBunny – they are my favorite company! This year, I was unable to make my mom a gift in time for Mother’s Day – but am currently working on some Junkitz boards for her with pics of all my brothers and sisters and Mom’s dad who she lost 3 years ago and her brother who passed this past December. This is a gift I need to hand present not place in the mail – so Christmas is when I get to hand this one over to her. My mother will be both touched and devasted.
