What a great prize! I will be making probably 10-15 cards this year… not too many since I’m getting married on December 15th, and getting back from my honeymoon on the 23rd!!! Things are going to be crazy for me this holiday season! 🙂

I am actually going to make cards this year. A friend helped me to feel the love for things tactile. I will be sending the majority as bought cards. But I plan on making cards for parents, in-laws, brothers families, a cousin, and if I feel up for it, a couple friends. Wish me luck!

Okay, I was so excited I didn’t read all of the instructions for the contest. I always make my Christmas cards and this year I plan on making 50 but I always make more for those “sneaker-upers” – you know, the people that you barely know that send you a card and you feel obliged to return the act of kindness. This year, I plan to use a combination of papers, stamps and of course photos of my two boys.

I make cards to sell (to support my scrapping addiction 🙂 and hopefully to make enough $$ to do some Christmas shopping) so in addition to the maybe 25 we’ll send out as a family, I’ll probably make in the the area of 75 more Christmas cards. Probably about 1/3 of these are done already.

    Whew….I better get to work.

I don’t make holiday cards. I find not enough people appreciate the work that goes into it, and I find I lose my joy of cardmaking when I feel like I HAVE to make a bunch of cards… then they all look the same, and it’s more like work than joy.
I make gift tags, and I will often make a few generic cards to give as gifts… but that’s about it.
