Ooh La La Designs 
is a newly launched French scrapbook supply manufacturer out of Embrun, Ontario, Canada. Owned by Tanya Gibbs, Brigitte Quesnel & Geneviève Wilson, they currently create clear stickers and rub-ons in the French language. Other types of embellishments are going to be launched in the fall.
