A new form of scrapbooking has emerged with the coined term of “hybrid scrapbooking.” Source: photomarketing.com This is the combination of digital and paper scrapbooking whereby you print out your digital scrapbook pages or elements and then use your paper scrapbooking supplies to finish the layout.

Polka Dot Potato has some beautiful “Journaling Brushes” by Summer Simmons or sale on their site (photo at right). These would be great elements to layer on a page. (In fact, I like these so much, I bought them for myself!)
