Scrapbook Lifestyle, a reality-style TV show that I previously blogged about here and here, is currently in pre-production for ongoing, daily episodes. They hope to have a “grand-opening date to announce in a few weeks or so,” according to Amelia Ulmer the show’s Executive Producer/Co-Creator. You can still view the pilot week’s shows here.
Scrapped, the movie, which I previously blogged about here, is gearing up for their August 5th premiere. The show’s Writer/Director, Wes Thomsen, has been busy promoting the movie. He has been on numerous radio shows as well as made appearances on Fox in Houston and CBS in Dallas.
Jeannette Herdman, the host of the new TV show Scrap In Style, has informed us that they are currently working on editing the pilot. “As soon as it is finished we will begin to pitch it to the networks.” (You can read my previous blog entry about this show here). Jeannette describes the show as similar to the look of Everyday Food from the Food Network. “It has a very different look than a lot of other craft/home decor shows. The pilot includes an interview with Jenni Bowlin in one of her favorite hot spots for scrapbooking finds, Scarlett Scales Antiques in Franklin, TN.”
